Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026 · urlbase.link is operated by JMP Enterprise Inc. ("URLBase"). By using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
URLBase lets registered users create short links that redirect to destinations they provide, with optional features such as analytics, QR codes, expiry dates, password protection, and device routing. The service is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features, but we will not change a link's destination ourselves.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use URLBase to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; link to phishing, malware, or fraudulent content; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; harass or deceive any person; or evade the rules of any platform where you share links. We may suspend or remove links or accounts that violate these terms, and we respond to abuse reports sent through the contact page.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the destinations you link to and for having the right to share them. Keep your account credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Availability and liability
We work to keep redirects fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for the free service, is zero).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
